Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.  All claims are reviewed at the sole discretion of LabFX.

Non-Returnable Items

All products are non-returnable once shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued for:

• Incorrect use
• Change of mind
• Improper handling

Chargebacks

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions, refusal of future service, and additional action if necessary.
